I lived here while my house was being built. It was a great experience, I met nice neighbors and The Staff is Great! I had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they came very promptly! I really enjoyed being so close to everything was really handy!

I lived at hunters Crossing for nearly 4 years. When I originally moved in, Melissa was the Manager and she was amazing. The property was clean and safe and any issues were resolved with kindness and respect. After they pulled her away and had new management come in the property has gone downhill. Anytime there was an issue with Kristie, her response was if you don’t like it I’m happy to get you out of your lease. When I ended my lease to move to New York, I made sure I had everything in order and asked lots of questions about the move out process. I was told multiple times by multiple people because of the length I have been in the apartment I would not have to clean the carpets because they would be replacing them. In addition, I made sure the property I was in, from the house, to the garage, to the storage shed were all cleaned. There was no debris left behind, everything was swept, floors were washed, Appliances were clean, Windows were washed, Fans were cleaned, AC filter was changed. Thankfully I took pictures because now I’m receiving a bill for $256. For what they call light cleaning and carpet cleaning. I have absolutely no idea what they had to clean because I left it in better shape than when I had moved in. I even patched any walls from any curtain rods so that when they went in to paint, they would just have to paint over them. I am absolutely disgusted at how this was handled and that I had been lied to and now charged for things I should not be charged for. Pictures are attached and I would say buyer beware if this is the way they treat somebody who kept the property clean and was not an issue, Imagine if you were not as clean as I am. In final I requested someone from the front office to stop over to inspect the apartment before our moving truck left for NY and they declined instead asking me to complete the move out form and leave the keys on the countertop which you can see was done by the photos. I 100 percent contest these fees! Shame on you !!

Living in this luxury apartment complex has been an absolute delight! From the breathtaking views to the top-notch amenities, every day feels like a dream or resort.
