Staff never knows what they are doing

Living here has been crazy, maintenance is very slow when serious issues are brought uo and they go through different staff all the time leading to issues when yiu want to transfer or discuss maintenace and big issues

Nice Place to live, Optimal Location

I lived here at the Earl for two years and have enjoyed my time here. Love the nature surrounding the area and its mostly quiet. Would love to see the amenities be kept up a little more. For the first year and a half neither of the jacuzzi's worked.
