When moving in, we noticed appliances needed some work, but so far maintenance has been responsive and helpful.

Unlike most buildings, the housing manager responds quickly, and the corresponding maintenance is performed promptly. Furthermore, the location is safe, quiet, and full of history. On top of that, the apartment is spacious, giving my partner ample room to work from home without feeling smothered by their work station. For the price we pay to stay here, this could only be described as a hidden gem.

The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and just feels like home. From the moment I started the process of moving in, the property manager, Mikaila, made everything so smooth and stress-free. She’s been incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, answering all my questions with a smile and guiding me through every step. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making sure tenants feel comfortable and heard. On top of that, the one time I had to submit a maintenance request, I was blown away by how quickly it was handled. The response was prompt, and the issue was fixed efficiently—no hassle, no delays. It’s clear that the team here cares about keeping the property in great shape. Overall, I’m so happy with my experience at Weaver and can’t recommend it enough—huge thanks to Mikaila for making it such a positive place to live!
