We have not had a good experience here…

Living here has not been a pleasant experience at ALL. The amenities we were told would be a available have constantly been pushed back due to construction, parking overflow due to surface parking not being complete was horrendous, the “dog park” isn’t a dog park at all it’s just a pile of rocks that always have poop on them because people are disgusting and don’t clean up after their dogs and management doesn’t enforce better behavior. My dog doesnt even like going in there it’s so nasty. We wake up EVERY morning at 4:30-5am…not because we want to but because of loud construction we were told we would not hear prior to moving in. Management is also impossible to get a hold of.

Construction and Lack of Clear Communication

I moved in Sept 2024, and have dealt with construction noise up until May constantly before 9am when they said no on was allowed to work. The management is not proactive to handle issues but rather takes months to respond to handle anything. Along with a lack communicate of communication. The amenities are 6 months behind schedule.
