Seems like a lot of things a broken lately in our apartment as well as the amenities. Have had maintenance requests in system but get an AI robot response and nothing has been acknowledge for a month or so, emailed property management and zero response.

These apartments have amazing amenities and are located in a beautiful Philadelphia neighborhood. They are both spacious and comfortable. The only thing that has negatively impacted our stay is communication with staff. Ahead of our arrival, our move-in date was changed multiple times, which was very inconvenient, and none of the light fixtures were screwed in, and multiple appliances were left unplugged once we made it to our room. It is also very difficult to communicate with staff on important matters, such as rent payments. That said, I believe these issues can absolutely be remedied and appreciate my time here.

I'm very happy with the amenities at this building and the maintenance team. I have had recent issues with payments and late charges from management. With little communication, steep penalties, and no dedicated team to troubleshoot, it has made the overall experience sour.
