Great place to live very quiet and staff and maintenance are very friendly

I've been here since late September. At first, the noise at night was a bit loud, and the laundry rooms had issues. But besides those things and some residents leaving, it's been an excellent stay for me and the little ones. (I do not like the times the laundry rooms are available; I work Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm)The kids in the complex all play together. Also, when I first moved here, I thought I was getting a washer and dryer connection, and when I moved in, I found out this unit was different from the one I was shown. I was disappointed, especially cause it cost so much more to wash and dry at laundry mats. And I prefer to do it at my own pace, not having to rush through it. Anyway, suppose I do lease for another year in September. In that case, I'm hoping one of the units across from me or somewhere with the connection becomes available so I can snag it before any newcomers. The staff is excellent and accommodating with any issues you might have, such as being unable to pay your bills or whatever the case may be. They are here to help you. Maintaine is by far on top of any issues I've had reported. The longest they've taken for me was two days to fix a problem. Parking where I'm at is first come, first served. I would recommend this place. The schools and you have anything and everything within a 5 to 10-minute drive. Lastly, I was terrified of moving here. Being a single mother with my kids in a new place because you never know who or what could happen. But I've grown to feel safe here because of staff and neighbors.
