We have only been here a month over all its okay

Some residents throw lots of trash outside on the ground , some are very loud when around other peoples homes

I have lived here a little over a year. Staff is amazing and always willing to help and answer all questions appropriately. Maintenance and staff very friendly. Only complaint I have as the other tenants is about parking passes. I do not own a car at the moment, I am disabled as so is my child. We only have one parking pass. Which is sad not have bible study in my home, my family and church family have to schedule their visits with us. And if they can't then I see no one and no one can help me. I do understand the parking policy, although very stressful and inconvenient for us.
