Since i moved in had had nothing but peace, no one bothers me and my family , eveyone around the entire complex watches eachother and are very friendly , all nieghbors are chill . I say its a place were you can be in your own soace , not even management or maintenance bothers you unless you ask for something that will need them to bother . I willl still be renewing my lease , no reaon to leave the apartment

Living here is great sometimes and bad others. We know its expected in apartment living. The part I hate is that our 2nd floor neighbors smoke weed and the smell comes down our bathroom vents and makes it smell. And we notice that they have people come over and smoke in their cars infront of the building or side.

As long time residents, we have been witness to the many shifts in management and maintenance. So far we have been very happy with the current office personnel and maintenance group. Unfortunately we have also seen our fair share of bad tenants. The complex has done great things to ensure our security and have made great improvements like the work with the mailboxes. We do feel that there should be an investment in an alternate gate. The swing gates don't seem to work, and lazy folks seem to just break the swing arms. Perhaps a full enclosure for the swing mechanisms. Also I feel that the complex should bring back towing enforcement for people that park in the red curbs between building 1 and the pool. When management leaves at 5-ish, folks park there overnight and clog up that entryway. There are vehicles there during rush hours like 5pm overnight until 9am. Folks park very close to the entry gate, just enough to clear it, but when there are vehicles that are exiting, oftentimes we have to wait for the out lane to clear out to be able to drive around them. We do recognise the convenience of loading and unloading near our units, It seems that tenants take it for granted. Perhaps loading and unloading time limits?
