Ft Worth Projects

This community was beautiful when it was up and coming. Now I foresee in the future these apartments becoming Ft Worth Projects. It is levels to keeping the community looking nice and the people they’re moving in nowadays are not on that level. Prepare for the worst.

Pet Policy

Mercantile Square is a pet friendly community and welcomes both dogs and cats. There is a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment home. Certain breed restrictions do apply. Maximum weight limit is 60 pounds per pet. A refundable deposit of $150 and a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required. Pet rent of $15 per pet per month will be charged.
