It has its pros and cons. Most days are better then some. Pricing is reasonable. Only noise complaint is the neighbor above me literally. Maintanace is okay. Appliances should be updated and a few other things but most of all its pretty cool. Need 24/7 security and for the gate to work. Only flaw its one way in and one way out. Could use better landscaping.
