I was treated very well and getting signed up was very comforting in the way things were explained. The maintenance staff is very informative and very professional in dealing with an issue I had. In general I felt as if I have lived here for years not just 20 days. Balsam Hill is well run and the units are extremely well taken care of. I would definitely refer others to find a space in it.
