Good efficiency, Lots of homeless &drugs

Im content that I landed her and its affordable. Both Good and Bad residents ...winter time homeless and lots of fetty . Parking ist kinda sketch but off the beaten path. I WOULD NOT RAISE KIDS HERE

far from transit

Occasional sketch factor, very little security, I wouldnt recommend renters with children. residents using little available parking as their backyard car shop allllllll hours of the night, especially a dilapidated white explorer who starts and revs engine all night long, neighbors knocking for bus fare aka funds for painkillers to smoke in stairwell.
