Great place to live with ghe family. We enjoy it here and have many great neighbors.

Change is always good, Whether we prepare for them or they just come because life happens. I loved the old leasing office staff but when I heard they left I was happy to hear that maybe god opened the doors to something better for them. The new staff came in very aggressive and ready to fix the "broken pieces". I applaud the mentality and urgency to get things up to par, What they fail and I think everyone forgets especially when they are giving some kind of power is Humanity or Understanding. Characteristics like that you can't teach, That come from inside. Captive Cove deals with income-restricted families which can mean a lot but for sure it means these families either live paycheck to paycheck or barely have time for themselves. Sometimes I call the office for questions or just to follow up on a maintenance order and I've gotten the type of energy as if I'm bothering them. In any office environment, no matter what role you're placed in the first skill is customer service. As a manager or even receptionist, You should always be willing to listen, Figure out the problem, and find a solution or at least give them the security that you are willing to help even if it's not on the timing that they want. Even if they get read or not I am excited to see the new improvements that are going to be done and I hope that once things settle down the office team comes to a realization that we are people just like them and the roles can always change. Attitude is everything in this world. If you are willing to help whether you helped or not.

quiet community for the most part. would recommend living here for affordability. But you have to be patient with office management. not the most efficient in time and usually let you know of any visit at the very last second.
