This place is fantastic! They have the best staff the best maintenance and it's totally convenient you have everything that you could possibly need in walking distance. What makes it incredible is the management and the staff is just really something I've never experienced before it's just incredible.

Great Modern - well kept and maintained property !!

My wife and I have lived here for 2 yrs now. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is a newer building which makes it nice.....nothing worn out etc., and very clean surroundings and good neighborhood, convenient location to get around town: Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas. We lovel iving here and reccommend this property. The management and staff are great !

I've had the pleasure of calling Morea Apartments home for over a year now, and my experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. When I was searching for my new space, Grace was not only thorough but also incredibly helpful, making the transition seamless. The overall condition and cleanliness of the apartment exceeded my expectations, providing a comfortable and welcoming living environment. It's clear that property management takes pride in maintaining the property to a high standard. Additionally, their responsiveness to maintenance requests has been impressive, ensuring that any issues are not only acknowledged but also promptly addressed. One of the highlights of living here is the proximity to the Pompano Beach Amphitheater and the Community Park, where a variety of events take place throughout the year. It's a wonderful perk to have such entertainment options right at our doorstep. What truly stands out is the top-tier property management's responsiveness when it comes to challenges that may arise with neighbors. While they can't control residents' behavior, they go above and beyond to address concerns and rectify any challenges.
