Very nice place with improvements being made daily
So many improvements have been made and the staff are superior with friendliness, approachability and customer service. Some of the maintenance employees could be more professional and have better communication. (Not a language issue, but a professional communication issue) This is one area that is left to be desired. I dont even want one individual servicing my apartment bc I dont trust what he says or trust he will respect my space. I feel gaslit by his responses to a repeated unresolved issue in the apartment. I prefer to deal directly with management, but management may need to closely monitor the productivity and successful work order resolution in some areas.

Summary
Everything has been going well so far. Staff is great. My only complaint is the AC in the unit is not strong enough to cool the master bedroom. Feel like this could be simple fix done by a qualified AC technician.
