Max weight 25 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet per month and there is a one-time $400 fee per pet. Allowed Pets: Up to 2 pets per apartment. Cats and dogs are permitted. Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers Rottweilers Doberman Pinschers Chows Wolf hybrids Any mix of these breeds We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. Additional Guidelines: All pets must be registered with the management office. Proof of current vaccinations and licensing must be provided. A pet fee is required. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the management office for details. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner. Pet Rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is a $400 non-refundable one-time fee for each pet. There is a 25 lb weight limit for each pet.
