The apartment itself is great for the size and price. I definitely cant argue there. The maintenance guy is awesome! Very professional and quick to respond to a work order request. The parking spots for residents is fine since you can pay for your reserved spot. But the guest parking is horrible. There's literally about 1 to 2 guest spots per building. That I still dont understand. I did the amenities low because there's no pool or sports court (basketball/volleyball). The overall noise isnt bad but our neighbors above us are. For the most part its still in a great location and newer than most of the apartments around us so I would definitely continue to live there as long as possible.
