Lived here since 8/2008. Love Folsom, my apartment and seeing the Wetlands, deer, etc, from front window

Smokers stand outseide my front door and i get second gand smoke while i am sitting on my front porch. We r allowed only 3 plants on our premises. Seniors enjoy plants so this is nonsense limiting the plants we can have. This is suppose to be a low income senior property. I get nomasdustance and my rent has raised and takes up all my social security

Lived here since 2008. Love apt that faces the Wetlands and 2nd floor. We need to have clubhouse open after 5:30pm and on the weekends. It's been closed since 5/9/23 for unknown reasons. Would highly recommend.
