Amazing Experience/Apartment Complex

Our experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I were looking at many different aparyment options in Folsom and then randomly we stumbled upon the Park on Riley. We were skeptical at first but as soon as we met and spoke with Jennifer S. our minds were made up. We were moving to the park on riley. Jennifer made sure we were within our budget, she made sure it was a unit we loved, she kept us updated and helped us through the whole process. She deserves a raise based on her efforts to help us make the park on riley our home. We love the community and all the people here are nice and friendly. There arent any signifcang ammenties as far as a pool and gym goes but we didn’t use our gym or pool at the place. And the interior of the apartment and the beautiful 9ft ceileings makes up for all the other small lack of ammesties. Our experience with everyone in the office has just been amazing and we look forward to living here for a very long time.

Perfectly Comfortable Living

I've lived in a 1B1B here for over a year and have no major complaints (other than price, but that's a complaint for everywhere). Great location in the center of Folsom with very little noise disruptions. Having a personal garage is vital to my job and lifestyle as well. Unless rent and utility prices keep increasing drastically, I'll keep renting here for the foreseeable future.
