Great community
It's a great complex and the floorplans are very nice and spacious. It's a bit noisy with cars and such being near parking lot which is one of my least favorite things. That and noisy upstairs neighbors that stomp at all hours of the night but that's not on the apt complex. The complex is really great and have already recommended it to some friends.
Best in Folsom
We have lived here for 3 going into our 4th year at Overlook, and I have been very happy with my experience here. The maintenance is always swift in handling any issues, and the office staff is also very friendly. The cost of rent compared to other properties is very fair but for the quality of the apartments it can't be beaten. The location is perfect for getting to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Folsom Lake, and surrounded by easy-access trails.
Resident Review
Living here has been a very pleasant experience. The RCMI staff from corporate to the leasing office at Overlook at Blue Ravine (where I'm a resident) have been extremely attentive, patient and understanding. I moved in during a global pandemic and through ups and downs the service has remained consistent. Please keep up the great work training and hiring amazing staff, also keep practicing those effective methods of conducting and managing daily operations.
