Drawn to the city by the booming (and well-paying) energy and health care sectors, millennials have significantly contributed to the city’s population growth – a 22% increase from 2005 to 2013. The housing market and local apartment communities were quick to adapt to the needs of this growing segment, competing in amenities and services meant to appeal to this demographic.

So having to pick from all of Houston’s fabulous apartment buildings may have gotten even harder.
