Alta Design District: luxury living in Dallas

Share this article:

Although I am not currently looking for a new apartment to rent, seeing some apartment photos in the Alta Design District community made me change my mind.

Take a look at what the bedrooms and kitchens look like before I detail on the amenities that the residents enjoy here, rents and other information.

Apart from the fact that the quality of life here is at high rates, there are a large number of activities for the residents that will allow you to party, socialize or play.

  • 24-hour fitness center with Techno Gym equipment
  • Resort-style pool for sunning, swimming and socializing
  • Outdoor fireplace
  • Garden court area with BBQ grills
  • Conference room with Wi-Fi access
  • Game room with billiards & plasma TV
  • Cyber Cafe
  • And more facilities.

Now that we’ve seen the incredible offer, let’s see the rent offer too! The price for 1 or 2 bedroom apartments range from $885 to $2,000 per month. Having in mind that the average rental rates in Dallas vary from $600 to $1,700, Alta Design District apartments are more expensive.

It’s up to you if the difference in price is worth living here, but I believe that the high-end amenities make the difference indeed.

And, because I love to leave the best for last, I want you to know that they have a special offer for those moving in before February 29, 2012: $1,000/month for a two-bedroom apartment. Moreover, the offer states that you get back the $1,000 on you first full month.

So, what are you waiting for?
