Your next apartment might be in a neighborhood that barely existed a few years ago. Texas leads with the most zip codes on the list, but the single biggest transformation happened in California — zip code 91708 in Chino grew from 400 to over 5,600 homes in a decade.

Not far behind, Timnath, CO (80547) and Colorado Springs, CO (80927) both grew their housing supply nearly sixfold in the same period. More homes mean more options and potentially better deals for you.
