Great location Thin walls
I love my apartment. I love the community. I made a complaint once regarding pet water and they handled it right away. I haven’t had many dealings with Rachel but I’m sure she’s great. The only one single issue I have is the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor using the bathroom. most of the time the sound of the TV and AC . Some things like the neighbors going up and down the stairs or when the door slams shut are unavoidable. Other than that everything works. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The staff is great and the location is AMAZING! A little if the beaten path. Minutes from Walmart and 11 minutes to Oneida for god eats and 16 minutes to Green Bay. Finally they allow pets!! I had thought about moving but the value here is hard to beat.

My Fiance and I lived here together for 3 years. We had to move to Milwaukee for 8 months for his work and then got relocated to De Pere for the next 4 years. It was a no brainer to move back to Avarda, as we loved it so much the first time. It's home to us, thank you for that.

Convenient Location
I love my apartment other than the walls are paper thin. I absolutely love the location. Off the beaten path but so conveniently located just minutes from Green Bay, shopping and a plethora of entertainment. The airport is just minutes away. That being said you do have lots of air traffic but I personally like it. Cassie is gray and always very responsive. I’ve had no maintenance issues to date so I can’t really comment.
