Review

Rent goes up every time it can with no updates. I have 90s fridge, stove and shower. Also the garbage dumpster is always full

Mostly love it!

There’s some facelifts that could be done but overall I love my apartment. Living downstairs isn’t great because I can hear everything from upstairs. Annoying but I’ve been dealing with it. However, there are definitely some tenants that make the area not feel as safe as it should. Management/maintence is great.

Once you are in the unit you will never get anything fixed

Once you are in the unit you will never get anything fixed. Ive asked to have a trip hazard fixed and was told to wait to hear from them. I never heard a thing from anyone. I wrote a letter with rent check and they still refuse to get back to me. The sidewalk is heaved infront of my front door and many people have fell because of it. It was a 4" high step when I reported it months ago....
