We have lived here for the last 4 years. The apartment has only two flaws - the water takes a long time to get hot resulting in high water bills and the staff is very slow in clearing the snow from walkways and the parking. Upstairs neighbors can be very loud. Living on the pond is great. Maintenance fixes all issues rapidly, but we have been without heat during the winter on 3 occasions, They do raise the rent by $100 every year. With the new housing being built the area, which only has single lane access, will be very crowded. Even with the minor problems mentioned I would and have recommended to complex to others.

Location is great! Maintenence is ok! Common hallways don't get cleaned as much as they should.

Quiet for the most part. Peaceful neighbors. Amenities okay, enjoy the washer/dryer/dishwasher though unfortunately water isn't included in rent, which itself is a tad high. Overall I'd say I'm comfortable.

Moved here for a peaceful neighborhood and the amenities which have been mostly satisfactory. It does however take a long time (from 5-10 minutes) for water to get hot which can result in a lot of wasted water which is why I imagine that water is not included with the rent. Rent price is so-so but were it to continue to increase I might consider alternative options such as a smaller apartment as I'm trying to save. Overall it's been comfortable living here.

Great place, great neighbor, little to no noise. The only thing I dont love is that parking is not plowed quickly.
