If they do work in parking lot or your unit, ect.... YOU the tenant are responsible for finding work arounds or places to stay ect. If they are fixing it's their responsibility to provide you with adequate work around - NOT the tenants. Recently all asphalt work was to be done on Th & Fr, yet Memorial Monday, with No Prior Notice, our parking lot was blocked off and more asphalt work being done. I waited to get my groceries till after lot done, so I could carry from car to unit. Instead, lot was blocked off with No Notice and my groceries & my visitors had to park wayyyyyyy down the street and walk to my building and brought hot asphalt in on their shoes as well. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing! And then doesn't tell tenants either.

Maintenance Coordinator Ashley is very aggressive - as is her boss Jo. Rude to tenants, no customer service to their current customers - their way or the highway. I've never been treated so terribly being the customer of theirs! Apartment Manager is ONLY nice when she wants something from you. Lease Renewal Staff in Manitowoc is WONDERFUL!!! Plowing never done timely - last time it snowed they did not plow until day AFTER it snow and FINALLY at 11:00pm. Good luck trying to get your car out to go to work for the first couple days after it snows. Also, parking lot turns into ice rink and is VERY dangerous- several falls witnessed. Maintenance manager Jo and Ashley chide you for calling to alert them to a dangerous AND negligent situation. We stay -- as we really like the location & have great neighbors (also long term tenants).

Could use air conditioning in bedrooms. Been here for 4 years, carpet wasn't new. You can tell the previous tenants had a pet. Love the location, love how quiet it is. Everyone is respectful and a pleasure to live with.

I love living here. The apartment is very quiet ,great maintenance and friendly neighbors.

Property Manager is rude, decisions are questionable (ethics), delivery of what appears to be letters/notices is untenable, maintenance has illegally entered apartments - indoor security camera installed by due to same, price increases are constant and value is deteriorating. Property Manager discriminates against tenants with families (children). Prior to current Property Manager this was a wonderful place to live.

This is one of the nicest places I have lived. The maintenence people are very cordial and good at what they do. The manager is mostly available to answer questions. The yard is neatly kept and maintained. Very happy here.
