Going down hill quick

When I moved in everything was great. Staff was helpful. Now the other tenants are rowdy disrespectful and loud. There is no parking ever. Snow removal has also gone down hill. Parts of the area are flooding.

Good Location

My wife and I have lived here for nearly 7 years. The properties are well managed and taken care of. Out of all the time being here, the only major issue I've had was with the last major snow storm and how long it took to get plowed out, but that has nothing to do with the property, which goes to show that they are doing a good job. Any maintenance issue that we have gets resolved in a timely fashion. They permit our dog here, which is the initial reason we looked at this place, even though it's out of the way for my job. I like it here, The people are friendly and the noise levels are pretty low. They put out a grill in the summer and I really enjoy that! Close to walking trails and not far from the sports guild.

I have been here for 2 1/2 years and have had little or no problems. Quiet place to live and I face the woods in back.

Nice apartments. Quiet location. Good price.

Maintenance service is great. When there was any problems within the aparment or appliances they were efficient with checking out the problem and fixing or providing new appliances. Rent increase is reasonable. :)
