A Great Place to Live!

I've lived at the Preserve for over a year now, and I love it. The interiors are beautiful, and the location is excellent. Of course, there are obvious cons (no AC or covered parking), but they are far outweighed by the pros. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the units seem to stay relatively cool in the summer. Appliances are new, including the in-unit washers and dryers, and maintenance is always quick and personable. My only complaints as I enter my second winter living in this complex are the parking lot maintenance and package delivery. In the winter, the snow is plowed away, but the lot is left extremely icy until a sunny day arrives to thaw it. Packages usually arrive, but it's anyone's guess whether they'll be left in the package room, outside your unit door, or near the door to the building. My roommate and I have each had at least one package that was marked delivered but which we never found. These are rare cases, though. In the year+ that I've lived here, I've only had one package go missing, as has my roommate. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience living at the Preserve: I know I will miss living here when I eventually move away, so I would strongly recommend it to anyone considering moving in.

Great Place!

I thoroughly love my apartment complex! The employees make sure to respond to any concerns very quickly (within 24 hours), the neighborhood is quiet and safe, the building and renters follow regulations, and the design is beautiful! This is the first apartment I have ever rented and it has been an amazing experience for me. My landlord always ensures that my “newbie” questions are answered kindly and with all of my needs met. I love it here!

At The Preserve on 10th, residents are treated to the pinnacle of domestic bliss with their very own patio or balcony—an extension of their living space for moments of relaxation or intimate gatherings. The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer eradicates the common hassle associated with laundry day, while generous closet space dispels any concerns about storage. Additionally, the warmth of a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, setting a premium standard for homely comfort. The apartments come cable-ready, ensuring residents can immediately hook up their entertainment systems upon moving in, and extra storage space offers a practical solution to seasonal décor and various personal items. The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's delight, with cutting-edge stainless steel appliances including a self-cleaning range, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a disposal that make both cooking and cleanup a breeze. The tactile pleasure of hardwood floors in living areas is matched with the warmth of carpeting in bedrooms. Overhead, ceiling fans keep the air moving, while window coverings ensure privacy and control over natural light. Community amenities complement the living experience at The Preserve on 10th. Heating and water are included, taking two worries off the monthly budget. The on-site laundry facility offers an alternative to the private washer and dryer. Controlled access gates provide security and peace of mind. Off-street parking makes coming home a breeze, while bike racks encourage eco-friendly transportation options. A dedicated smoke-free building promotes a healthy living environment. On-site management ensures any resident concerns are addressed promptly, and with 24-hour emergency maintenance service, assistance is always at hand. Also, the community supports green initiatives like recycling, contributing to a sustainable lifestyle for its residents. View more
