NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT. The following breed restrictions apply: No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property. All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization. Not a lot of noise. Parking lot could have snow and ice taken care for a little more often.

This is great for cats and dogs people, where many neighbor have friendly cats and dogs, great parking spaces, and friendly neighborhood. There are shaded trees on the fence line for summer. During winter there are many snow plow that have responsibility during snow storm and if must move the vehicle we can move it across the street with no issue. Maintenance are very active and response to take care of the issue. There isn't much problem beside a tree that died with fungus. There many wild life to see around the neighborhood. The landlord does response to people's safety, issues and complaints.

They only care about profits, they threat people on snow removal to take vehicle away even they are dead on the spot and they will only give you less than 24 hours notice.
