I have lived in White Hawk Meadows apartments for 5 years - since they were built. My first upstairs neighbor was great, but the neighbors that moved in a year ago are very disrespectful. The staff has been responsive to the issue but there is not much that they can do. I am looking to move. The best thing about the apartments would be the attached garage and included washer & dryer. It is also in a very nice area with the Bubolz Nature Preserve right across the street. The worst thing would be the thin walls and the neighbors garage door to the apartment slams shut so hard that the entire wall of my living room vibrates and I need to adjust my pictures occasionally. I was advised that the heavy slamming garage doors cannot be adjusted as it is a safety feature separating the housing from the garage area. Overall it is a great place but very much dependent upon your neighbors being respectful that they live in an apartment.
