I currently live here & have been living here for 4 years, & the amount of eviction notices i’ve recieved for absoultly no reason its just crazy. I got an eviction notice for having old rustic chairs on my patio & the demanded i take them down or ill be evicted, just little things as that ive been left eviction notices for. let alone the maintance here, my sliding screen door for my patio hasnt worked since i moved in & ive asked for it to be repaired but all i got was the maintance guy spraying PAM on the gliding rails, & reasons like that i dont even bother asking for maintanace anymore because why bother. the only reason i still live here is because of the price. like i said ive been living here for 4 years but my neighbors that have been living here for 1 year or 2 get to break the rules such as leaving garbage bags on there patio, grilling on there patio. i havent broke the rules but im the one recieving eviction noties.

I enjoy living here! Pretty quiet, spacious apartments, love having a garage for storage even if my car doesn't fit in it. It is a nice place to live.

Living is fine and I understand inflation, but the yearly rent increases are a bit much.
