If your health is worth the cheap rent , go for it. Thos apartment complex should be condemned. Black mold everywhere, doesn't replace things - just throws a bandaid on it. Not worth your health to live here.

The apartment complex is very nice, It's very simple and in a great location, some things could get fixed like the squeaky entrance doors (but they are old it's understandable) and other outdated features at the place like the washer and dryer, but for what it is I really do enjoy being a part of this beautiful apartment complex and getting to know all the amazing tenets that are here!

Lived here for almost a year and a half. Fine facility. Lawn care/ snow removal isn't ideal and location upkeep isn't ideal either. Maintenance requests take a long time to be resolved. Staff is great.
