We have only lived here 6 months, but find it perfect for our needs. The staff and maintenance respond quickly and are helpful. The complex is quiet, and I feel safe out walking my dog.

I have lived here for almost a year. I am renewing my contract for another year. Property is very well taken care of, maintenance requests are handled in a very timely and professional manner. My lease agent Keith is the best, always there to answer any questions I might have . The complex is in a great and safe community also. I highly reccommend living here

Maintenance doesn't clean up after repairs very well. Not very friendly landlord nir maintenance nor higher management Does not do much to keep appearance up compared to other apartment complexes near by

I moved in two years ago and renting for the first time in my life. Quickly realized I was getting a pretty nice place for what I was paying. However in my two years rent has gone up crazy, not so bad after first renewal but it was insane the second renewal in my opinion. I totally understand the increase due to "market value" but I can now go elsewhere and pay the amount I am paying, if I want the hassle of moving again. With the increase I guess I would just expect some upgrades...such as the broken blinds in many of the windows that kind of look trashy since they are all about uniform exterior appearance apparently. And all the faded doors and peeling paint, outdated fixtures. I just hope the increase is not like this every year. As far as the noise, I would say pretty quiet, other than barking dogs, and watch out for the dog waste though! More important I do feel safe. Maintenance is pretty good. Wish they would give a heads up though when they are coming to fix things. Permission is given but would be nice to have somewhat of an idea when people are coming though your apartment. You put in a request and a week later they are entering. Would it be alot to ask if a quick email could be sent or phone call was made.
