Excellent in many ways

Great service. Very hard to get in because the quality of service is high. Prices are very reasonable! Amenities are great, animal friendly biggest plus. Convenient location close to mall, shopping, groceries and freeways. Can't beat this place!

LOVE the Location!

Love my apartment, love the location, I'm less than 15 minutes from work and most stores shopping are 15 minutes or less away which is great. I love that the apartment complex is on the edge of the city so you don't have to deal with so much of the hustle and bustle and crazy traffic. Parking by building 7 isn't really the greatest. Not sure if other tenants just have multiple cars that it's always so full, but if you go anywhere at night and come back late, there's usually no parking spots. Most of the other buildings seem to have plenty of open parking spots at any time day or night. I also have a tenant below me who likes to smoke on his patio which is annoying because I don't smoke and I can't have my patio door open because his cigarette smoke comes in my apartment. Not sure if there is a rule about smoking on patios or not. Otherwise this place is great and I love it!! I get tons of compliments from everyone who comes to visit me.
