Boulder Creek Apartments Sammamish - Awesome place to live
We have been living here for about 18 months. We love it here. The complex is awesome - pleasant staff, prompt maintenance, great location - lovely trails to hike, everyday shopping, etc.
Great Spot, Slow Maintenance
The place is great ao far! Had a few thungs that beeded to be replaced in the unit and havent gotten a reapinse for the work orders for a week

The location cannot be better! The light, bright apartments, green trees, all wonderful! Management not so good. Landscaping could be improved.
Room for Improvement
I've lived here for nearly 3 years. Everything is pretty standard, not above and beyond. I know there are issues of water leaks, so be aware of that, although I haven't experienced that. I have had maintenance requests that never were fulfilled, like a broken window (doesn't have a spring to stay up), fallen blinds, and clogged gutters. I also have the unfortunate timing of moving during Covid so I wasn't able to see my apartment before moving in and my carpet is pulled/folded in the bedroom and living room, there's paint on the bathroom and kitchen floor, and I have smoke damage on my kitchen ceiling (they're now grey). The apartments are about 20 years old and it shows where they are dragging their feet to update or upkeep. All of that said, for living in a large apartment/townhouse complex, I'm fairly satisfied. The location is great, it's close to 90 (but not so close you hear any traffic), and it's a beautiful neighborhood.
