Nice nut Expensive

I love living in the community however, it's too expensive and I'm being priced out. the yearly increases are too much of an increase !

Low reaction stuff and Noise

Water tank is always making noise in constructionin daytimes. Very low reaction of email response from the office about lease info. It is no result and a shifting responsibility to the corporate!

Four years, ZERO issues or concerns

We lived at Boulder Creek for four years and only moved due to location need. There was never a single concern -- and to be honest, I'm a bit of a complainer, normally, so it doesn't take a ton to get me to express displeasure.

It was beautiful upon first glance

Where do I start... This place is absolutely stunning, lets just start there. The staff is amazing and will work with you and always have a smile and great attitude. Once touring this home we were so amazed at just how stunning this place actually is. We toured 3 homes and again were amazed at all the upgrades. Moving to move in... as we get started moving in we start to notice one thing after another of things that are just not right. Painted over outlets - very dangerous, carpet to wood strips - not attached, caulking around tub - not sealed, you can feel holes in the floor under the carpet - of course we toured with shoes on, the carpet is not tacked properly around the edge of the trim so there are staples pocking through on the edges. I was told several times that a lot of the issues are due to low staffing. Which during these times, I can understand, but it does not excuse the issues. I am such an open person and am willing to work with schedules to make things work. We talked to them several times before move in we just kept saying we wanted to get things done before move in seeing as we have a mischievous cat who is an escape artist. But we both took the day off so we could be here and well it took me calling the office to make sure he was coming and it ended up being like a reminder. All in All this place is beautiful and once they fix the issues (Praying they get fixed) this place is stunning and the amenities are great.

Good living community

I've lived here about two months and find it is very quiet overall with friendly neighbors. The location is very convenient and the staff work hard to maintain the property. It is much nicer than many of the other places I looked at in the area.
