Honest review

I have lived here since 2015, It has not been a bad pl lace to live but it is not without its imperfections. The staff is great here, they have always been very fair to me. Outside is always very clean. I do have some complaints. The amenities are not of much use to me. The pool is only open for a short part of the year and the weight room is only open during office hours. Other places I have lived at offer a 24hr option. This would be my preference because I prefer to excercise alone and I am. Nightshift worker. Currently the price I am paying for a 2 bedroom 1 bath with aging carpets is a little absurd l. Next door I can get a 3bd 1 bath for around the same price I am paying currently.

Smoking problem

The neighbors constantly smoke, even though this violates the lease. It comes in the apartments while your cooking and stinks up the place even if doors and windows are closed. Don’t expect maintenance to do anything in a hurry about construction around the place.
