Been here 3 years. Charged for everything, right down to helping pay the utilities for the office, gym and pools. Amenity hours are typically about an hour after the office closes (600PM) or intermittently "closed early". There is no typical 10PM or even 9PM closure of the gym/pool/basketball court. No assigned parking. Covered parking is sparsley arranged around the complex and is an extra charge on top of the rent that is guaranteed to rise each year. All renovations were completed 3 years ago. Watched a lot of 1 year turn arounds. they will get you with the fees at move in, even with any promo they are running.

Was a great stay at Meridian Pointe Apartments!

We have been living at Meridian Pointe Apartments for over a year. The location is convenient and the maintenance team has usually responded in a reasonable time. However, the biggest challenge has been the ongoing night noise from upstairs neighbors. Despite multiple reports and evidence provided, the problem was never resolved. The noise made it very difficult to sleep, especially during nights and weekends. We are now planning to move out at the end of October. We hope the management will take future noise complaints more seriously so other residents can have a better experience.
