The staff are amazing but the floors and walls are thin which mean you can hear noise. If you live on a first floor property, you hear everything.

I am enjoying my townhouse, it is peaceful 90% of the time, great amenities. So far the maintenance response has been decent. No place is ever perfect but I am much happier at Bella, then my previous apartment complex.

I had some issues with this apartment but they provided me a perfect solution. Their customer service is always kind and easily accessible. There are many military families living in this community and looks like most of them love their place.

we moved in at the beginning of covid , the community is nice, pet friendly is amazing, staff has always been kind. the parking is not the best , but unites are beautiful . love that every apartment has a garage .
