My experience as a 4-year tenant here has been mostly positive. I can rely on the staff, I like the area, and my overall experience has been great. I enjoy my view, and most of my neighbors though their pet kids can be a little laborious at times. I've only known the Docks to be my home, and being from the south, home means a lot. I enjoy coming home to the Docks and have nothing but the utmost respect for the staff.
