I only stay for the location.

I was told parking is first come first serve. I get home from work or just being out shopping to nowhere to park my car. There are no amenities. Maintenance makes a mess and doesn't always fix things properly or at all. The current staff member has been here for a while but is at least the 3-4 since I moved in. The value is a joke. The tiniest of kitchens so if you like to cook you might not like it here. It's an old apartment and if they ever do upgrade it they hike the rent up even higher. I really only stay because I am a few minutes from my job.
