Chateau Rainier

I’ve been here for over more then 10 years and since then was trying to move to a 2 bedroom apartment however with different management comes different rules. Started off i had to be on a wait list that uou waited for a lifetime for. Then new management comes along and said they cant do transfers at all then another comes along and refer to the wait list again and up to now there is no transfer die to cost. Another thing is the swimming pool along with the gym. The office door closes at 4pm which means during working hours no really anyone is using it and when people are getting off work the office is cloed therefore no one can ise it. Also the office doesn’t like to answer the phone. Mulitple tumes ive called during business hours and yet noone is there to answer. Also your head manager needs to learn phone etiquette. Learn to be polite on the phone and not sound rude. I’ve gotten multiple phone calls where instead of asking to speak with who they want to speak to Peggy will literally say who is this? If you dont know phone etiquette then maybe that should be a course for all your office workers. Those are some of the things i have issues with other then that everything else is okay. Thanks

Could be kept up a little better, security fence and gates, windows cleaned, buildings painted, asked if carpet needs replacing, not when you move
