The location of this place is nice. Great neighborhood. Since living here though, our front gate didn't get fixed until this month, but even when fixed. Its not operating at correct times as it should. When I come home or leave for work at midnight, the gate is still open but should be closed.

Overall this is a beautiful, safe place to live and most of the neighbors are nice. It's a gated community but due to backorders and "waiting for parts" the gate has worked 1 day in the 7 months we have lived here. One of the amenities, the hot tub hasn't worked since before we moved in (waiting for a part). Parking is minimal and sometimes parking far away from your building is a must, but not an issue if you are a 1 vehicle household.
