Decent option for the area.

Good location. Right near the highway. Staff isnt always nice. Maintenance is very inconsistent. They give you the option to click to receive a call when they come but they never call unless its an emergency ticket. They keep the grounds looking nice. Alot if dogs and folks dont always pick up thier poop.

The cost is high. The apartments should be redone. The staff is great and maintenance Is fine. The noise has increased.

Noisy neighbors

I do not appreciate this complex moving in no or low income families above my head and come in and out at all hours when I hold 3 jobs to keep this place. If you want a good community you need good tenants not people who can’t afford to live here in the first place.
