Overall good, sometimes feel put off by a few of the employees in the leasing office. Expensive but perfect location for us. Backyard is great for dogs for sure worth it.

It is extremely rare to find parking spots in front of the building I live in. Sometimes there aren’t even available spaces within a reasonable walking proximity to my building. Noise has been a huge issue pretty much the whole time I’ve lived here.

The walls are thin but I love it anyway

The staff and maintenance crew are very professional and attentive. The unit is visually pleasing. The only issue is structural- the wall/floors are thin. Luckily there is only one person above me and no one either side. The property is well kept and generally safe. I love living here.
