Amazing Staff!!!

I just moved in a week ago and I have to say I absolutely love the management team here, Sean and Jazzmine are so amazing!! They really go above and beyond and I appreciate that. Everyone in the office makes it so easy to go in and talk to them about anything.....they have taken care of small issues that I had upon move in immediately, they did not just say that they would take care of it and never did like I have experienced before...but they actually do take care of things. The amenities are by far one of the best I have seen around here, (and they are all open) the pool is like a resort style pool. I also love how they have assigned parking on your floor, that way you don't have to look for a place to park with so much extra space on the top levels for guests. I am already in love with this place....Thank you Guys!!!!!

Feedback

More conscious effort needs to be made on common area cleanliness and maintenance. Recognize people moving in and out but there are occasions where there is debri in hallways that are laying unattended for weeks. Secondly, prior management was firm on overnight parking on mossy oak rd. This now has gotten out of control where in evenings and night it’s like a second parking lot generating a lot of after hours noise.
