Amazing Staff!!!

I just moved in a week ago and I have to say I absolutely love the management team here, Sean and Jazzmine are so amazing!! They really go above and beyond and I appreciate that. Everyone in the office makes it so easy to go in and talk to them about anything.....they have taken care of small issues that I had upon move in immediately, they did not just say that they would take care of it and never did like I have experienced before...but they actually do take care of things. The amenities are by far one of the best I have seen around here, (and they are all open) the pool is like a resort style pool. I also love how they have assigned parking on your floor, that way you don't have to look for a place to park with so much extra space on the top levels for guests. I am already in love with this place....Thank you Guys!!!!!

Feedback

More conscious effort needs to be made on common area cleanliness and maintenance. Recognize people moving in and out but there are occasions where there is debri in hallways that are laying unattended for weeks. Secondly, prior management was firm on overnight parking on mossy oak rd. This now has gotten out of control where in evenings and night it’s like a second parking lot generating a lot of after hours noise.

PETS: Pets (dogs & cats only) are permitted with a $250 deposit for one pet with a $250 non-refundable one-time pet fee; or for two pets a $250 deposit with a $500 non-refundable one-time pet fee. A $20 monthly pet fee will be added to the rent each month for one pet and $30 for two pets. No more than two (2) pets are allowed per apartment. There is a 100lbs maximum pet weight limit on the 1st floor and 40lbs weight limit on all upper floors. The following breeds, regardless of weight are prohibited: German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Chow Chows, Great Danes, St. Bernard's, Mastiff, Dobermans, Rottweiler's & Pit Bulls. Prior to move-in or when a pet is acquired, you must provide management with a veterinarian certificate of health with the following information: name, breed, age, weight, shots or vaccinations. You must provide a picture of pet(s) for our records. Pet must also be interviewed by the property manager prior to move-in of the pet. Animals designated as assistance animals will be allowed in accordance with applicable fair housing regulations. Reference the Pet Addendum and Pet Community Policies for details.
