The Mark is amazing!

We just moved in and we are so excited to be here! So far everything has been amazing! When we were moving in our FOBs didn’t work, we called maintenance and they fixed it in under 10 minutes. Everything always looks clean and leasing staff is always super sweet and knowledgeable.

Conveniently close to the Woodlands and easy access to major highways in Houston - also close to Bush Airport for frequent travelers. Lots of free space and trees. Building is new and well maintained. Good amenities.

Misc

Residents park in from and leave little space for visitors. Some residents park permanently in disabled spots and rarely move the cars so disabled have no spots for visitors. Apartment space is ridiculously dusty like the dryer vents into the space. The developer could work harder to get some more useful retail spaces into the community.
