I've only been here for a couple of months, but I'm really enjoying my home here. The apartment was clean with a new carpet and has tons of storage for a small 1-bedroom. The staff is friendly and responsive to my concerns. The garbage disposal wasn't functioning when I moved in, and they responded the next day. They're making it easy to renew my lease when that time comes. My only concern is the number of large dogs in the complex. Children run around, and these dogs are not all friendly and are unmuzzled. Twice, I've had a large bully breed lunge at me while walking to the gym. Not a friendly lunge, one where teeth are bared. I would suggest that management require muzzles for large dog breeds.

I really want this to succeed and I’m going to make it These apartments have been so amazing so far. It’s only been a week and a half. But I have nothing but good interactions with the staff and the neighborhood seems to be pretty good I’m looking forward to this year
