Friendly, Happy, Home

In the almost 4 years living here,my son and i have come such a long way from where we were before.my son has excelled in sports,and academic wise,he is doing amazing.His school and teachers have been so much help in helping him reach his achievements.He has made many new friends,that im sure will be there for him the rest of his life.He is becoming the man he needs to be,and my son is very happy here.i am finally attempting to start my own business,which has been very scary, long ,and tedious . But it is coming along great.The people here are so kind,and family oriented,The staff here is great ! They are so kind and always helpful.and the community nights are so great to get to know everyone.Being a single mom nowadays isn't easy. And thats why i feel a good community is so important ,when raising our children . The communities in the stone oak area has all contributed and been an acting part in creating a better life for my son Caedmon and i .I am very greatful to all of them,and moving here was one of the best decisions we've ever made!i know we will continue to rise to our success and reach our goals,with the backing of such a good supportive community!??

Great community

Moved to midland from Fort worth. Huge change coming from a BIG CITY!!! While searching for a place to live we came across this beautiful community tuck away not to far or to close from all the action. Brittany was great and very helpful during the process of getting us approved and ready for move in. Everything about the comlex is amazing.

Quiet place to live

This is a lovely property in the middle of a very busy area. The buildings are sound proof enough that you do not hear your neighbors daily activities, of which I am very thankful. The neighbors are friendly and the children that do live here are quiet. The only suggestion that I have is to add door to door trash pickup to the amenities. I love living here.
