They have spacious apartments and great amenities. The property manager and staff are absolutely amazing and address your concerns and any questions you may have promptly. Maintenance is on top of things and get the work done in a timely and efficient manner. Nice little areas for the dogs to roam and use the bathroom. So many perks and pluses. I've enjoyed my time at the complex.

This is my first ever apartment that i have had, As nervous as I was to settle down into a new area from being in Alamo Ranch for so long we decided to look around and I found the Verandas at Shavano prices were very valued for what they offered compared to most of what you see. Although you have 1604 to worry about, that is but the ONLY issue that has been pointed out since my stay here, but I don't really mind it personally. Staff is very attentive, they made sure I was completely comfortable during my move in, Rachel handled my situation very professionally, Benjamin showed me around the property and toured me calmly. Ever since I've been here, its been nothing but peaceful, the gates are opened by app, and I've never had an issue with it. The gym at night is usually completely open even for its 24/7 open hours, the pool so far doesn't seem to be getting much use even though its open all year long but we just came off of February, and it is kept absolutely spotless everyday. There has been no noise due to loud neighbors, everyone is very respectful, even dog litter is a huge flag of how the property is maintained as i have never come across any trash or litter of any kind. The clean upkeep and the professional hospitality really set this place above all others for me personally. I'm glad to have found this place among my own search, even at night I have never heard anything that would be considered disruptive in the streets or something going on at the property. They truly make it as comfortable as can be and I am so glad to live here.

Good, but wish construction would finish on 1604 so the original quarry entrance would re-open so the rigs would stop having to drive right in front of the apartments to get to tje back enrolling of tje quarry
