Maintainance is always late. Office is irresponsible about the issues. I have to request multiple times for a maintainance to get done. It is full of ants but the pest control wont come. Office was active at first but they are careless now. Only know how to take the rent but dont provide good service in return. Aminjties are old and barely working.

It used to be peaceful and quiet here; now there are about 30-40 unsupervised kids that leave trash everywhere, they run in front of cars, they play in the streets, they are breaking things, they hit balls into my courtyard. A ball has hit me and almost hit my little dog. They scream all night long and it's just chaos everywhere. They seem to think our resident park is their own personal baseball field. I feel like I live at a daycare..... They are quick to tow resident vehicles but they let 18 wheelers park all over the property, which restricts views of people driving, it's dangerous. Maintenance is not helpful. It took me calling 3 times just to re-set my garbage disposal. There's a huge rat that now lives near my patio (probably because of all the trash everywhere), nothing was ever done about it. It even got into my car engine and chewed the wires. I had to buy sealant to close up a hole so it doesn't get into the walls. The dog park fence is being held together by a bunch of zip ties! My mailbox has been broken for over 2 years now. I've had a hole in my ceiling for a year. Safety is an issue, I've had my car broken into twice and stolen once. So many people have had their cars tampered with. They really should have a patrol person. I see people loitering all over the property. I've been renting my whole life and I have never had this many problems with an apartment before.

Good service. Landscaping always looks great. Must work on having fellow tenents keep property clean and clear of children running the roads.

Managment and everything is good. I have parking issues sometimes and also the trash collector doesnt collect trash regularly.

Coming from my old apartment the fredd beats out everything. They are courteuos and maintenance is available almost same day. It may be an older property but its so quiet and the fact that you dont have upstairs neighbors is a big plus. I dont plan on moving anytime soon.
